As per the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, face masks are still required at all RMT practice settings and

  screening is required before every appointment. 

Please confirm you have no present symptoms of fever, shortness of breath, cough or exposure to someone with those symptoms, you have not tested positive or been told you should be isolating in the past 10 days and you have not travelled outside Canada in the last 14 days. 




Sophie Coverdale graduated from the Practical Nursing Program at Humber College, Toronto in 1986 and has over 20 years experience as an RPN at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital in Dunnville, Ontario. She has other nursing experience in Home Care, Nursing Homes and Doctor’s Offices.


She later completed the Massage Therapy Program at Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington, Ontario and became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2005.  She also holds a diploma in Writing for Publication as well as Certification in Hot Stone and Thai Yoga Massage. 


Sophie brings a wealth of health knowledge and compassion to her massage clients.  She believes in natural alternatives to health care such as Massage Therapy, an excellent modality in health maintenance and prevention.


She has 2 adult children and enjoys country living with her husband and three pets.
