Regulated health professions such as registered massage therapy are permitted to stay open at this time.
COVID-19 screening is required both before and on arrival of an appointment. Please cancel if you have any ill symptoms or have been exposed to anyone with symptoms such as fever, shortness of breath, sore throat or cough or have travelled outside Canada in the past 14 days.
Only one client is permitted in the office at a time (except for couples and families living in the same household).
A face mask must be worn at all times; please arrive wearing a mask and use hand sanitizer provided.
ABOUT SOPHIE RMT
Sophie Coverdale graduated from the Practical Nursing Program at Humber College, Toronto in 1986 and has over 20 years experience as an RPN at Haldimand War Memorial Hospital in Dunnville, Ontario. She has other nursing experience in Home Care, Nursing Homes and Doctor’s Offices.
She later completed the Massage Therapy Program at Canadian Therapeutic College in Burlington, Ontario and became registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario in 2005. She also holds a diploma in Writing for Publication as well as Certification in Hot Stone and Thai Yoga Massage.
Sophie brings a wealth of health knowledge and compassion to her massage clients. She believes in natural alternatives to health care such as Massage Therapy, an excellent modality in health maintenance and prevention.
She has 2 adult children and enjoys country living with her husband and three pets.
